• Your request has to receive us within 30 days after purchase. Just write us an email to support@happyglam.com with the following information:
• Your request to be refunded the purchase price
• Your order number
• The reason for your return (Your feedback helps us to improve our products and service)
• For orders paid via COD we also need your IBAN or PayPal to be able to refund you.
• Please send the product safely packed and with all accessories to: Hive Logistics GmbH, c/o happyglam, Bergholzstr. 4 (Tor 3, Halle A3), 12099 Berlin, Germany.
  Please add your name and your order number readable on the package, so we know whom to refund. We suggest to send a trackable package, as we can not refund lost packages. Also, we can not carry the costs of the return shipment.
• As soon as we have received your return shipment, you'll receive an update to you refund via e-mail.
• If everything is fine with the return shipment, we will refund your order.
• Return shipping costs are not covered by Happyglam.

This 30-day money-back guarantee does not affect or limit your rights as a customer from the statutory warranty and the right of withdrawal. You can find more information on the right of withdrawal in our cancellation policy.
